Well, I think that C-SPAN was interested in showing the Chicom leader, rather than the President. If he had been having a visit and state dinner with Kharzai, they wouldn't have shown it.

"He keeps coming to Ohio, but he never TELLS us, Deb."

What can we do about this dilemma? :)"

We were so pampered in 2004 [We didn't know how great we had it as THE battleground state!]

I just heard on the radio that the President is going to make a speech at Northern Kentucky University in mid-May . . . NKU is only 20 miles from my house -- hmmmmmmmmmmm! (I want a wif of that aromatherapy skin!!).

BTW: I was contacted earlier this week by the Blackwell campaign -- they've got all sorts of plans for hubby and me!

This is from Wes Pruden's column 4.19.06:

"The president laid on robust bluegrass entertainment [for Hu], but for lunch not dinner, and fed him only dainty fish and delicate "scented dumplings." ... the Chinese call Mr. Hu's drop-in "a state visit" but the White House carefully does not."

Would be even funnier if he cleaned his glasses with the guy's suit. Is that Mrs Chicom next to Laura? What a sour puss look she's got.

Mrs. Chicom it is.

Funny you used the word "sourpuss." Others on the thread said the same thing.
