I wouldnt think twice about accepting a kidney from an executed prisoner, whether he voluntarily donated that organ or not.
My problem is : Was he really a criminal or was he just arrested to get his organs. Was he a murderer or a political prisoner. A rapist or just some kid who complained and was arrested in a protest.
Yes. That's the problem. Most are not criminals.
