Hu still doesn't get the State Dinner. The protester is being questioned and released. Some order and decorum is required at formal functions. Assembly to peaceably petition for redress of grievances is allowed, but it must be peaceable.

NO! The right to petition the government should only be allowed for those who scream the loudest and have the biggest crowd supporting them in the street. At least that's what the founding fathers intended. Legislatures and courtrooms were an afterthought.
