This was not even close to Kansas City, but in Cherokee County, which is in the very Southeast corner of the state.Actually, just the other day, police in Platte City (just north of KC, MO) arrested 2 HS kids for making terrorist threats of this sort.
I'd be willing to bet that there are kids all over the country who are doing this sort of crap.
