Ha Ha! You lost your job (I wonder if she's getting her retirement benefits still?)
Doesn't matter what you think anymore - you lost your job. Now why don't you go to place that celebrates Abortion like China?

So now she is engaging in obstruction of justice...

need felony convictions, I believe, in order to file civil suits for damages. Good thing she isn't teaching law.

My advice to those students is to actively seek out the DA and investigators and offer to testify that the prof instigated the incident. Most likely their cooperation in nailing her would go a long way in getting any charges against them reduced/dismissed.

Gee, ya think the police will subpoena her email account to see who she sent this out to? What a dope. These people never grow up. Ever..
To: Puppage
So as usual, the left-wing nut job apologizing is not really apologizing, just trying to cover her sorry butt. They need to get that email....sounds like obstruction of justice or interfering with an investigation. Also sounds like an idiot.

You lost your job (I wonder if she's getting her retirement benefits still?) Once she's convicted, she'll turn martyr, start a speaking tour, and get rich.

""At this time, we don't anticipate the students being charged," Lt. Col. Jeffrey Martin said. "They were intimidated by an authority figure into believing that this was not a criminal act."
I don't get this position. They were college age students, not minors. Seems like selective use of the law to me.

A candidate for retroactive abortion.

No kidding. Maybe she'd like to explain how O.J. got nailed in civil court even though he didn't receive a felony conviction...

So she emails them and the email surfaces on the net. The names are attached to the email. Perfect way for the cops to get a list of names. Thanks for the help, teach.

Jacobson clearly hopes this is the caseBlatant editorializing.
If she wanted the students to be given immunity from the charges, then she would not be advising them to avoid the police.
They will obviously only be given immunity under one condition: that they testify against Jacobson.
She has a vested interest in them not being given immunity and in them not cooperating, as she has abundantly demonstrated.
To: GOP_Proud
She must have just sent it out to a class list and one of them forwarded on that wasn't involved in the incident.
To: Caleb1411
Seems to me that Email must violate one or two laws all by itself. Obstructing an investigation? Conspiracy?
