Why are Mexican and non-Mexican illegals treated differently?
And, I suppose they are going to give amnesty to those who will testify. Sheesh.

We can't deport non-Mexicans to Mexico, so they must be flown out of the country. Takes time.
And yes, if they testify, they will most likely get some sort of amnesty.
