Surely they'll notice that Clinton was president when this happened? He sure was anxious to get his mug in front of every television camera he could find so he could show how well he could fake tears. Yup, this is on Clinton.

No way will the press use Clinton's name.
Even when he was Pres they would ALWAYS say the US gov, in a story that was bad for him, now they say Bush Admin for the most remote person working in a bureaucracy somewhere.
BTW, the press repeatedly referred to Cuban protesters in FLA as "mobs", not protesters, during the Elian Gonzalas saga.
