It is illegal but it must be adjudicated before legally illegal. As weird as that sounds, it is a Constitutional Right of ALL people accused in the US.

If they don't have a green card, a legal U.S. ID, or an American birth certificate, they can't defend their right to be here. This is an invasion by a foreign nation, and we do have laws - as well as government oaths - to protest us from it. This is a military matter.

You're right, they can't defend themselves but under our laws, they don't have to but law enforcement better have the evidence that they committed a crime and in order to deport them law enforcement better prove also that they're here illegally.

Did you know a thermal nuclear weapon is no bigger than a soccer ball? You've heard about the underground tunnels running from Mexico to the U.S.? The trucks that come to America every day to do commerce? For the right price, a soccer ball sized bomb could wipe out most of Arizona. It would make Chernobyl look small because of the power plants located there.
Open borders and a massive influx of foreign illegals who believe the south west belongs to them is not a pretty picture.
This is a military issue, not a political one.
