I'm sure the Russians "helped" them move Saddam's WMD, and I wouldn't be surprised if the French also "helped." Saddam probably paid the Russians and French to transfer the WMD. Moscow and Paris (and Berlin) only thought about Saddam's oil and money, that's why they didn't want us to liberate the Iraqi people. They knew how dangerous he was, but they all made billions off him and didn't want it to stop. Now the Russians are making billions off the Iranians and they don't want that to stop, until they know they have to in order to avert war.
