Actually the Skinner that is being mentioned is apparently the owner/admin over at DU.
There's a big difference between posting somebody's phone number (supposedly so folks can call and harass them) and posting somebody's address (so folks can actually kill them).
Posting someone's address serves no purpose other than to threaten that individual and their family. With the huge number of wackos and 'nut-cases' over there on DU--that intimidation and threat factor takes on a much, much more serious meaning.

The link to the Kos thing that Malkin posted on her site is well worth reading. It is pure comedy, for these people to think that they could sue her for "inciting imminent lawless action" (they cited Brandenburg) when she did not advocate violence, and her statements were not directed at inciting violence. If anything, Malkin can sue DU for posting her private information.
