I agree. Family veto means a lot.
I wouldn't blame Tony for not wanting to do it. Time is the biggest factor. I cannot imagine sacrificing the family time you can't get back for a thankless demanding job.
However, that said, it would put your name in the history books. And in three years when the job is over, you can retire with book deals, speaking engagements etc...
Or you could say no and have a nationally sindicated radio show.

I'm afraid that in the WHPS job Tony would have to be saying and defending other people's ideas. He may very well be bigger than that job. We want TONY'S ideas. As delicious as it sounds, maybe it's not right for him.
Can he please just do it for about a month?
