Why not illiminate risk all together and pass a law saying they can never leave there home. Life has risk. We cannot make it perfect. But we can surely legislate away all of our freedoms and do it all in the name of some group of people. Why do people crave so much now for the government to protect them. A little old fasioned common sense would go a long ways.

I agree. I don't believe big brother should be involved in every aspect of lives either. We have so many laws on the books, that it drives a sane person, insane! In my opinion, all laws, federal, state, and local, should have sunset clauses.

Lately, there has been to much congressional legislation aimed at the Internet, and once started, the Hillary Clintons and John McCains of America, not to mention the UN, will be telling us what's good and bad to read, post, or vent about.

I read that Myspace.com, has been a very troublesome teen posting, and apparently predator web page. So many contentious issues have been posted that I've lost count, but I guess congress didn't.
