NO ONE makes money off of these outreach programs and they are usually funded by private corporations like Proctor and Gamble.

They are funded aren't they?

Then someone is getting money for all sorts of things.

Let's start out with the basics, someone is getting paid to allow the use of a building, someone is getting paid for the utilities used, someone is getting paid for furniture, someone is getting paid for supplies, someone is getting paid for food, someone is getting paid for clean up, someone is getting paid for their time, someone is getting paid for security, there is plenty of ways that people can profit off of Non Profit programs.

This is nothing new either, the mob has used the same sort of scenario to fleece the flock for years, so has the unions and Jesse Jackson Inc. that's why President Bush has tried to shift these type of programs over to faith based organizations, to break the stranglehold a certain party has on programs meant to help those that need help the most.

My proof that this type of scam happens all the time is that politicians get busted for setting up these type of phony corporations to funnel the public money back to them all the time, usually after they get greedy and short change those that are suppling them with paybacks.

I mean really do you honestly believe that The McKinney Family got rich off of the salaries paid to congressmen.
