disagreeing with Bush on some issues, has nothing to do with the constant problem of communications this white house has - on the issues the white house should be hitting out of the park (NOT the UAE ports deal and an immigration bill that contains amnesty, to take 2 examples) - McClellan is hurting the message.
A guy like Snow would be good, because he has spent time talking to real people (radio shows, blogs), so he knows what kinds of perspectives real people have. the white house communications team needs a good dose of that.
