A simple solution would be to drop all taxes on gas.
That would require someone with a spine and that hasn't been seen in DC in a long while.
In some states like mine (MI) the state actually taxes other taxes on a percent. So when the price goes up, the taxes go up. That's why libs don't complain much, it goes to suit their fancies.
Okay, that would MAYBE reduce prices $.18. How lower would gas prices have to get for you to be happy?
