Dennis Prager's 9/11 Movie Of The Year Review on the forthcoming film "United 93" can be concisely summed up in the following two words: NEVER FORGET. Every American should see this movie about the valiant passengers of United 93 who saved their country. Part and parcel of being an American patriot is knowing its only how you live your life that matters but how you end it. Its one thing to be angry at the same on September 11, 2001, all those innocent people were murdered by terrorists and its another thing altogether to be proud and moved to tears how they rose to the occasion. We need to see why we have to win this war. It was the day that did and changed us all.

I may to see the movie or I may not; I haven't decided yet. But considering I, like most Americans, have the actual events seared in my memory, I hardly need to see it to remind me that it happened.

Mind you, I'm not criticizing the movie or the fact that it was made. It just kind of rubs me the wrong way when someone tells me I MUST do something. I know a lot of people here are fans of Prager, but he's always been a bit too pompous for my liking. This is a good example....it's not so much what he says that irks me, but the way he says it.

Perhaps if "United 93" turns out to be the unforeseen box office success that Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" was, the lure of major profits will exert more influence over Hollywood than even Hollywood leftists do.

I haven't noticed a big rise in films that are about Christianity after "Passion" or "Narnia." I wonder if Hollywood is in the profit business anymore.

On some of the other non political boards I visit, I have come to a sad conclusion. There are a LOT of people who are accepting it, basically as common knowledge, that the government knew about 9-11, the WTC was brought down with explosives, muslims didn't do it, etc. It's unbelievable.

You know, sooner or later there will be a moonbat conspiracy version of this made into a film. It will blame 9/11 on a Zionist conspiracy with Haliburton, and the hijackers will be portrayed as "brave idealists" while the passengers will be portrayed as, I don't know, "little Eichmanns" or something. The mainstream media will proclaim this moonbat conspiracy film to be historically accurate and they will not ask if America is "ready" so see such a film. You know Hollywood is gearing up for such a film. The film about the Olympics massacre that showed the "human" side of the terrorists while condemning the Israelies is just the beginning.

People completely unprepared for an airplane flight to become their last hour alive rise to the occasion and save fellow Americans from death and from the humiliation of having their nation's capitol building destroyed.

A friend of mine who viewed the film movie at the same Los Angeles preview event as Dennis Prager said the movie is an emotional roller coaster and is a must see for everyone in this country.

For the past week or so I've been trying to set up a screening for the seniors of my county HS at my expense. I'm running into some problems, what with the Easter break, but, if I can get the support of the principal (iffy), I hope to have things firmed-up before the release.

The only people likely to object to this film are those who don't want Americans to become aware of just how conscienceless, cruel and depraved our enemy is, or those who think that our enemies can always be negotiated with and therefore object to depicting Americans actually fighting back.

That describes the MSM, and just about every movie critic.

"IN MEMORIAM"....a DVD depicting events in NYC on 9/11/01.
.. made and produced by OF ALL PEOPLE "HBO"...I strongly recommend the DVD..it's about the attack...not politics..not back biting, it's about the response and how America works. It's about what America's about...it's people.
I watch it every anniversary, or when ever ...I need to.
It has the very same results every time too....anger,sorrow,
amazement,and pride. It really places "todays" headlines where they belong, in the comics section. The political bickering is just politics, all fighting for their nonproductive lives, making the most of what common sense should clearly show the answer to be...but alas, it's politics......get the documentary movie, watch it , and yes relive it,don't ever forget.
