Nothing like the threat of pulling their federal funding to elicit a quick meaningless CYA letter that they can pull out and point to to say "see it's not our official policy" even though they are doing NOTHING publicly to identify the students responsible and quietly and behind the scenes more than likely fully support them and their actions.
