not at all.
a guest worker program is not the market at work. its government injecting itself into the labor market to increase supply, which lowers wages, and lowers them to the point where the costs of sustaining those workers brought into the society - is passed to all of us.
you can be in favor of such a program if you want - but let's at least acknowledge what it is - socialism for businesses.
