Thanks. I think the larger rounds described clearly indicate chemical weapons. I do see why the Powerline readers are questioning the smaller rounds, but I don't know for sure that they couldn't be used to deliver chemicals.
As to why they're focusing on the smaller rounds ... they're probably looking for anything that might discredit the documents, playing devil's advocate. Don't take it personally.
