I was lucky to have seen Peggy Lee and Johnny Cash rehearse for a TV special the summer of '68. They needed a small audience and I was one of the about 50 that got to see the performance live with all the fine tuning that goes on for a show. She sang Fever right to me and as a sixteen year old I almost lost it.
