When Clinton was elected and reelected, I became convinced that Americans do the dumbest things. Why blame Americans? Bush 41 and Dole were lackluster Republicans, and Perot split their vote.

Uh, because they *VOTED* to make it happen.
Bush 41 was a real President, and for all his faults far better than Clinton.
