You do remember that Bush has a veto right. Even if the Dem get a majority in one or two houses they will not have enough in the Senate to override a filibuster nor will they have enough to override a veto. the only change will be that the Republicans will have to act like Republicans for 2 years to win the election. Not a bad deal when you think in those terms right?

Bush veto? Surely you jest. Nope, if the Rats take Congress, there will be more pandering to the left from Bush. Bush has the stones to defeat Al Qaeda but when it comes to the 'Rats he won't lift a finger to defeat them. Bush doesn't get that Al Qaeda and the 'Rats aims are the same.
