Hmmmm. Well, I may have to change my description to "almost" impeccable. Or, impeccable in the 21st century. That one goes back a ways, and I wonder if there's a reason for it.

Yeah. The reason for his pro-choice vote was the political climate at the time. In 1992, a Republican COULD be pro-choice and get away with it.

Since then, Allen has wised up to times. Like a true politician, Allen adjusted his voting to fit in line with what is necessary to get ahead in this party.
