I thought the sage advice was not to put anything in your ear smaller than your elbow. The micro-camera scooper thingy is definitely smaller than an elbow. And a bit dangerous. But in that part of Tokyo, I suppose they rather enjoy living on the edge.

I tend to think this ranks up there with enemas and body detoxification. There are parts of the body that aren't pretty to look at, but that still doesn't make it healthy to scrub them clean.
