"LOL!! Who's the bumbling idiot? A man with an MBA from Yale who has helped free 50 million Muslims"

When the culture and political institutions of this country are permanently changed by the huge throngs of invading illegal aliens with a penchant for crime, entitlements and mob socialism, no one will give a rats ass about the muslims in Afghanistan or Iraq, and George Bush will have his legacy.

But any talk of compromise to this is viewed as the ultimate political heresy by some

If someone breaks into your home and demands to be allowed to live there, but not follow your rules, are you going to compromise or kick his a$$ out?

George Washington said while at Valley Forge:

"If all else fails, I will retreat up the valley of Virginia, plant my flag on the Blue Ridge, rally around the Scotch-Irish of that region, and make my last stand for liberty amongst a people who will never submit to British tyranny whilst there is a man left to draw a trigger."

Well the enemy is different, but the treat to our sovereignty today is just as real. Thank God we still have people in the country who will "never submit".

Also, in Dallas, four LEO's were attacked and hospitalized.

Damn, I'm a Leo. Am I in trouble?

The history of his legacy will be written in Spanish.

I don't know about you, but I for one am tired about hearing how W is the antiChrist, Mexicans are the font of all evil, and how the Constipation Party is going to give us a good, hard Ross Perot-ing "for our own good."

My vote cannot be bought, nor will it be swayed by fear tactics.
A vote for "the lesser of two evils" is still a vote for "evil".
If the Republican party wants my vote, they need to earn it.
I vote for the candidate who best reflects my views.

My vote cannot be bought, nor will it be swayed by fear tactics.

What "fear tactics"?

A vote for "the lesser of two evils" is still a vote for "evil".

Everyone can be viewed as "evil", depending on your point of view.

If the Republican party wants my vote, they need to earn it.

Then work within the party to change it. No one responds to threats, and threatening to vote for another party will get you no response.

I vote for the candidate who best reflects my views.

So you really don't mind voting for a "lesser of two evils".

No political candidate will ever have exactly your views on every issue.

Constitutionalists would have the best success if they organized themselves and forced the two parties to compete for their votes. Getting mad and stomping from the room, which is basically what the Constitution party is doing, does more damage for their declared agenda than working within the existing political (two party) landscape.

By removing voters from Republican ranks, the only winner to a Constitutional party campaign is George Soros et.al. That's just a fact.

Last time I checked, the troops weren't "hunkered down" anywhere. The current policy is to STOP and ATTACK ambushers, rather than trying to escape the ambush area.
That doesn't sound like "hunkering down" to me.

The Constitution Party just forfeited any chance of getting my vote in the next election.

"That speaks volumes to me about the majority of people protesting."

It isn't the majority of people protesting that is the problem. One bomb thrower started World War I. The Mexicans crossing the border have a large contingent of rateros - rat people. Thieves, grifters etc. All of whom feel entitled. All it will take is a small skirmish.

Much more than that has been planned for us.

"We have Nicaragua, soon we will have El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Mexico. One day, tomorrow or five years or fifteen years from now, we're going to take 5 to 10 million Mexicans and they are going into Dallas, into El Paso, into Houston, into New Mexico, into San Diego, and each one will have embedded in his mind the idea of killing ten Americans."

--Thomas Borge, Nicaragua Interior Minister as quoted in the Washington Times, March 27, 1985

Some were ready to start deadly riots (civil war?) to influence the outcome of the 2000 Florida elections.

I am reminded of David Frums Diary, NOV. 19, 2002: GORE SPEAKS, based upon an ABC interview. The words are by Karenna Gore.

She's talking about her conversation with her father, "We have to do what's best for the country, and it is not good for the country to have this kind of divisiveness. And he was on the phone, really calling off the dogs. There were people who wanted to fan the ... the flames of the racial issue and have real unrest. And he was on the phone asking them not to, because of what was best for the country not because of what was best for him politically. And that's really who he is." [end]

It does not have to be a "civil war" in the classic Blue-Gray sense. Anything that will help "bring it all down, man" will do for millions of leftist "Americans."

Just so. Not that during the Florida election dispute, more than a thousand U.S. military officers, some in very senior positions, took steps to be ready for such activity should an attempt at an unconstitutional takeover of power was attempted.

And why not. Their oath. and mine, ane to neither political party, nor to any individual candidate. We swore to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.

"I, (Name)(SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of (officer rank) do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God."

--DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.

We should all vote Constitution Party in 2006 so that we can send a message to the Republican Party that we can't afford to send in 2008.

The "two party system" has melded into one, and they have sold us out. I'm sorry for those who refuse to see this.

The tipoff for me was when, after 9/11/01, the borders remained wide open, with the seal of approval of Mr. Bush, even in the face of impending "terrorism". Didn't make sense then, still doesn't make sense. Now we DO know why he did this, it's right in our faces, and they're marching in our streets screaming for "their rights". Where have our rights gone?

I don’t think you are funny at all. To mock the attacks on Law Enforcement Officer’s just shows how immature you really are.

Go climb back under your rock before you get stepped on, little bug.

RE: "more than a thousand U.S. military officers, some in very senior positions, took steps to be ready . . . should an attempt at an unconstitutional takeover of power was attempted."

Glad to hear that but I am actually looking for even more.

I hope to live long enough to see a patriot dictator. Every aging republic is entitled to at least one.

I've been waiting for a wall-to-wall house cleaning since Joe McCarthy started alerting us to the dangers of the enemies within.

If there's a Man on Horseback out there, Get on the damn horse already!
