I would think a sales tax for all people plus an income tax for those with assets over 1 billion dollars or income over 100 million would be workable.

Why do you think? Clearly, any assessments on the uber-wealthy serve only to satisfy the envious; the impact would be infinitessimal.

That class envy crap is one of things that got us our 60,000 page tax code to begin with.

When the income tax was first started in this country, it was sold on the basis of only affecting "the rich".

So do you want to repeat that history, with a huge Federal sales tax on top of it?

Class warfare rhetoric is class warfare rhetoric, no matter how mild. Conservatives should avoid using it.
