Exactly my point.. it doesn't say that you can't pass a law saying a 4 year old can't posess a weapon.. it doesn't say you can't require someone to take a class and register a weapon.

The right to bear arms is not infringed.. you simply have to comply with very simple laws to keep that right.

Sorry, but this is the most nonsensical post I've ever seen. A RIGHT is given by God, not men and is not "kept" by following simple "rules" since it can't be taken away by men. The Founding Fathers didn't want the BoR because of people who think like you-- they knew that people might be tempted to someday believe that the only "rights" they had were defined in the BoR, when they wanted just the opposite-- to pick out some very important specific rights that they wanted to ensure that the government could never legally infringe in the slightest. How do you know something is a right? Because you don't need the governments permission to exercise it-- it is a right, not a privilege-- please learn the difference. By definition, if you have to comply with "simple laws" to "keep it" it is not a right, it is a privelege given by the government.
