Well my very preliminary search turned up three news articles all of which are bemoaning the fact that it's hard to get the illegals to keep skipping days of work, because they don't want to get fired and they need the money.

Some of these articles are AP, who I ALWAYS find to be totally manipulative, still, the tone all three strike is that they're not real excited about the prospects of this so called boycott (happening on International Communists day, by the way.)

But here are three articles to look over. It might not be necessary to find out which places are allegedly "closing", of course I'm aware these articles might be written to reduce expectations, but I don't see a lot of benefit in that vis-a-vis a successful boycott. But I'll keep looking:

Article #1

Article #2

EXCERPT ARTICLE #1 "Everyone else frankly is quite tepid about (a boycott)," said Alfredo Gutierrez, a former Democratic state senator and an organizer of the 100,000-person Phoenix march.

ROTFL---"tepid" is an understatement. The fact is the invaders have repulsed most of America. Americans are saying with one voice, "Like hell" to an amnesty bill, or any other bills the invaders might dream up.

In LA---the mail against amnesty is running 500-1. That's what pro-amnesty mayor Villagraiosa admits to---probably more like 5000-1.

Too bad for these airheads, but anti-immigration is seen as much-needed and politically proper. It is a consensus issue that has united every facet of the political spectrum.

Good job.

Since FOX news first reported that 12 businesses in Phoenix will close down that day, I think they should "followup" on which ones.

The Illegals might be getting a "paid" vacation if the stores close. But it's hard to imagine Wal*Mart would go along with it?

OTOH, the American Public is getting fed-up with their unreasonable demands and protests. So I have mixed emotions about May lst :)

I may have posted this on another thread, but here in my community, it is believed that in order to prevent getting fired, 'someone' planning to participate in protests called in a bomb scare that ended up shutting down their employer, a government office, for the day. Imagine THAT happening all across the country!
