Yeah, that's gotta be the dumbest slogan I've ever heard of, and one the first things they teach the opposite of in Boot.

"Be all that you can be" was much, much better.

"Army of One" is actually about empowering the individual warrior, or the individual sqaud, etc., with the capabilities truly neded for the mission, AND the ability to sense and respond/adapt to a dynamic warfare environment.

It is a tangible a useful poriton of the reforms Rummy has led.

A lot of the retired critics are upset with the changes, and that's just too bad.
