Heres an intelligence fiasco worthy of erudite Johnny English [He knows no fear. He knows no danger. He knows nothing.].
Theres a NEW dust-up in the blogosphere about the news that, in 2000, the Clinton Administration gave slightly flawed plans for nuclear weapons to IRAN in an ill-advised scheme called Operation Merlin. On paper, Im sure someone whos watched too many cheesy spy flicks might think it looked like a freakin cool idea, man. But the reality is that its come back to kick us in the pants. Thus, a nuclear Iran will be Bubba Clintons legacy to the world.

Traitors like Kerry and Clinton can destroy America.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear."
Marcus Tullius Cicero,
Roman Statesman
Speech in the Roman Senate - 42 BC
Wow, what a great post.
From the statement it sounds like they had the technology but not the plans to design the trigger? Not sure from this what they already had.
I also have a problem going public with this - irregardless of who was President. The operation was just 6 years ago.
Thanks to George 76 for this great post.
And some wanthis wife as President? What hogwash.
