That's my point. She's not his teacher...The law is the law. It's the same in Texas. Doesn't matter if the student is in the teacher's class or not. No teacher should be messing around with any student even if they are a Senior and of legal age.

It's clearly an unconstitutional law. You just can't tell adults who they can and cannot have consensual sex with.

Their idea that this is an ethical issue, where a student in the class could be perceived or obtain favorable treatment.
This woman needs a good lawyer to have this case dismissed. She's not a teacher, she's a teacher assistant. Big Difference. That ALONE should avoid prosecution..
