So we look to extraterrestrial aliens for wisdom??
Gen 6:4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those daysand also afterwardwhen the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
I picked up a book by an early ufologist. He recounts how he watched a TV "documentary" that used uncredited footage as
"real" that he and another guy did just to see if they could make a fake sighting. Something about driving along back
roads, with the saucer attached to the end of a fishing pole.

Oh, there's plenty of that, alright.
What better way to discredit an idea or phenomenon.
There's jokesters just having fun. Then there's disinformation specialists who take it to a real art form. Twixt the two types, there's plenty of discrediting going on.
Makes filtering the signal out from the noice more than a small chore. And the jury is still out on lots of things.
But not everything.

space aliens must have edited my post....
Smarter wouldn't mean either wiser or more spiritual.
Naw. Some issues, things and people don't register on their richter scale. I hope and pray I'm one that doesn't, too.
I don't understand why so many missed this by ovrtaxt--and it's implications:
Of course praying to GOD in the Name of JESUS isn't even considered. Doh!!
What ever the source some of them are very beautiful.
Anyone know how long ago the first 'crop circle' was reported.
Some were in the middle ages . . . I'm not sure before that.
Wonder why none of the sites mentions that fact.
That's not to say that natural phenomena (other than jokesters and other creative types with too much time on their hands)
can't create some sort of imprint...
Gah! Don't nobody follow that link!
(Unless you have psychic thoughts for solving the Iran problem.)
Gen 6:4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those daysand also afterwardwhen the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.Okay, I'm going off the subject here, but you mentioned Genesis 6, and you've inspired me a little.
That passage you quote from Genesis, I take that whole period of history as an attempt by Satan to pollute the human race with hybrid seed, by tempting humanity to interbreed with demons, making the Nephilim- not quite human, but a mixture of demonic and human. (By the way, the Canaanites went back to this practice, thus Goliath and his brothers.)
Satan's purpose would have been to dilute the creation of God, because he understood His promise to Eve in Gen 3:15. The seed of the woman was the promised Messiah. If her seed was corrupted, the Messiah could have never come forth.
Interesting that Noah is described as being 'perfect in his generations', or pure by bloodline. Genesis 7:1 calls him 'righteous before God in this generation', again a reference to his bloodline as a purebred human.
As history progresses, the pattern is repeated over and over, becasue every time God narrows his promise, first to Abraham, then to Isaac, Jacob, etc. etc. then to David, etc. etc., the attacks against the covenant Promise are attempted. Remember in Esther, the destruction of the entire nation of Israel was almost accomplished.
And we see it again in more recent history. Germany was a tool of Satan, since he realized the promise of the reestablishment of Israel was upon him.
So where does that put Islam today?
Finally, this is where I stand: this UFO stuff is usually just a hoax, but I do believe that real supernatural manifestations do occur from time to time. Are they aliens? Sure, if you want to call demons aliens. Their purpose is to sidetrack humanity from the reality of Jesus Christ and the presence of God, and guys like this Carter Admin dude are playing right into their plan.
