Well...and this may make me sound like I'm flip-flopping...when it all comes down to it, yes, of course I want this scum to get the death penalty....if anyone deserves to die, Moussaoui does. (and I think it's a shame that his death has to be "humane" because he and his terrorist pals weren't humane to the thousands they murdered on 9/11) While I honesly do think he would suffer more if my suggestion were followed, I know that type of scenario would never happen with crackpots like the ACLU to protect him if he got life in prison.

There are some that waver and doubt, because this personification of all that is evil and wicked can openly taunt and brag; while re-opening anguish and suffereing for all of us. Under our laws, we can not impose anything near the suffering and pain that has been thrust upon fine people by this individual and his cohorts. Keep the faith that justice will be done.
