I'm sure the Republican Senatorial Committee and other various GOP affiliations will give Chafee all the help he needs.And the president...

Lincoln Chafee was cleaning a horse stall
Hey Linc! Install a mirror in that stall, and next time you clean it you can see a horse's ass whether or not the horse is there!

"Holding the majority yields Committee Chairmanship and the Majority Leader.
They in turn control what gets taken up in legislation, to a large measure.
So what you previously thought is still correct, compared to turning the majority over to the opposition party.
So I suggest you support the conservative Republican in the primary. But should Chaffee win the primary, support him in the general election."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I second that suggestion!
My loathing of RINO's knows no bounds. But, geez, this is Rhode Island. Any dem from that state would be horrific.
Lincoln Chafee was cleaning a horse stall on his well-manicured farm one recent early morning McCain must have visited the night before!
Lincoln Chafee ACU rating for 2005 = 12 (!)
My liberal 'Rat Congressman scored a 24, even Junior Ford scored a 21. This is so beyond unacceptable for any Republican that I don't have the words.
An ACU rating of only 12? That is pretty appalling.
Still Chafee is a real right-winger, isn't he, compared to that horrible gubernatorial candidate in ill IL?
"I'm running for opposite constituencies," Chafee said. "It's impossible."That's because you are to stupid, Linc, to know which party you should belong.
They're about the same. I'm hoping Laffey wins the primary, although I have concerns about his ability to win the general election.
