A civil liberties group is challenging part of a new state law after an attorney was told he wouldn’t be assigned court-appointed cases unless he signed a questionnaire stating he is not a terrorist and does not support terrorism.

So the ACLU thinks it would be OK for terrorists to decide Americans fate? Wouldn't all terrorist lawyers fight to behead everyone they bring before the court? The crime would be being an American!

Man, that ACLU is one loony organization.

If the ACLU had to take the oath, they would have to stop 90% of their activility (if they were honest, of course!)

Let us do better, make the law a federal law requiring all states to follow.
