I know the technology in the war is light years ahead of where we were in Nam or other wars but the execution/implementation of this lethal technology cannot be taken for granted. Our guys have to be well trained, damn good and on their game all the time. As easy as it may seem to pinpoint and destroy a target, it must be equally as easy to miss one and suffer friendly fire casualties.
I pray for their success and safety every day. Wish I could do more.
Right. The video is very satisfying from a blood lust standpoint. I just wish that there had been some context that shows the intelligence and planning that caused each of those strikes.
Hopefully bad guys died in each strike - but from the videos perspective it would be easy to believe our intent was to destroy Tal Afar!
