There is no problem. She is asked to get out but lies down and passes out.
I think there is some part of this story that's missing. How does she leave, go back, leave, and end up in somebody's car? Think about it - did she just pick a car? Or did she know 1) who it belonged to and 2) that it was unlocked...?
