Defense attorney Bill Thomas said earlier this week that Nifong's case is without merit, citing the DNA results and information that a second dancer at the party on the night in question is not backing up the rape allegation.The DA only has the word of an "escort" against everyone else.
This is bizarre to the extreme. Was the "rape" complainant taken directly to the hospital after found in a parking lot by the cops? Was she allowed to go home for the night with her boyfriend?
Did she recover the memory of details of the 'rape' after she woke up the next morning?
It was reported on the Abrams show at some early point that her boyfriend took her to the hospital.
