Why did the Associated Press have to use the Freedom of Information Act to gain access to that recording of the police office telling that the "victim" was "passed out drunk"? Why wasn't this released automatically by the Durham Police? Is this really a coverup by the DA? What the heck is going on here?

Re: tale that she had no smell of alcohol on her.....If she had been drinking vodka, would there be any smell? I have HEARD (lol) that is one way not to have alcohol breath.
