Yeah, I especially liked him passing off the anthrax attacks on that Florida guy for drinking cow turd water.
Not his greatest moment.
Even worse was his farewell speech to HHS when he said that he didn't' know why the terrorists hadn't poisoned our food supply because it would be so easy to do! Good grief!
