Every right where "person" is used rather than "citizen" for starters - including the 14th Amendment right to due process - see also, Plyer v. Doe re: illegal immigrant children have the right to public education, etc.

I'm with you on the 14th Amendment and due process. In order to deport, or otherwise punish, illegal aliens, it is necessary to follow due process.

On the other hand, court cases don't establish "rights". They merely establish a legal interpretation, pending a re-interpretation. Dred Scott and Plessy are no longer the law of the land -- so that slavery and segregation are no longer "rights".

That goes for the mistaken interpretation of the "Citizenship Clause" of the 14th Amendment, as well.
