The math is not fuzzy it is exact. We are invaded and I am very unhappy about it. I am even more unhappy with people trying to rationalize it. I think the nation is at stake and the people you seem to support have a d@mn good start on us. Your guys may very well win.

I know from your posts your are clueless and ignorant of the law. The Constitution only applies to citizens of the country.
Go to another country, break their laws and see how far arguing your defense with the US Constution gets you.

That's the point I am trying to make, but no one believes me. Let's face it, we are dealing with a lot a fear and ignorance on this issue.
And when it comes to these "legalistic puritans" we are seeing a lot of distorted priorities here.
People who actually think it is "good" to arrest a woman and her children, up-root them from their home and job here, and send them back to some God forsaken country they have NOTHING in, simply because the woman overstayed her visa.
These people claim to be so concerned with "law" and right and wrong but they are morally warped.

LOL - keep reading and you will see the QUOTE from Plyer v. Doe holding the 14th Amendment protects ILLEGAL ALIENS - I won;t hold my breath for an apology though ; )

Cry me a frickin' river. Put a woman and a child in front of the invasion and suckers like you fall for it everytime.
Even Thomas Jefferson said politicians that used "for the children" as an excuse were worthless.

One of the more popular claims by illegal immigration proponents is that those who enter the U.S. by breaking the law are invariably "hard-working" and "law-abiding" once they get here. That argument, however, has one major flaw. According to Justice Department statistics and the analysis of immigration experts, the "law-abiding" claim often isn't true.
As Investors Business Daily reported in March 2005:
"The U.S. Justice Department estimated that 270,000 illegal immigrants served jail time nationally in 2003. Of those, 108,000 were in California. Some estimates show illegals now make up half of California's prison population, creating a massive criminal subculture that strains state budgets and creates a nightmare for local police forces."

As long as you don't post personal attacks, profanity, racism, or calls for violence - have at it.

The preservation of our republican form of government requires a modicum of commitment from the body politic to constitutional principles and a professed loyalty to the American ideal. This is why the naturalization process is so important.Pretty smart guy for a window-licker. ;^)

"Often"?! 270,000 out of 20 million is OFTEN?!
To: clawrence3
Explain why the heck I even CARE what Plyer v. Doe has to say? One case, one court.
According to your ridiculous arguments I should be able to kick all blacks out of integrated schools citing Plegusy v. Ferguson or the Dred Scott decision and start keeping slaves again.
I won't hold my breath waiting for intelligent thought.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. It was their choice. Morality? Everyone's idea of morality is different, from my perspective your sense of morality of rewarding lawbreakers is warped. We owe them nothing....what about the half billion others who want to come here, do we let them in too or punish them for not breaking the law? Is that morally right? How about bank robbers, do they get to keep the loot?

I guess not allowing 40 million abortion could have "increased" some costs to taxpayers as well. I had to deliver some papers to a farmworker's clinic today.
Didn't see ANY of the usual Planned Parenthood propaganda posters tacked on the bulletin board.
I liked that.
I have to hold my nose walking by the posters in the "white" clinics.

Some estimates show illegals now make up half of California's prison population If we assume that illegals make up 20% of California's population, then they commit crimes at nearly 3 times the rate as non-illegals.

270,000 out of 20 million is OFTEN?! 270,000 caught, tried, sentenced and serving time since 2003 alone. In California, half the prison population.
Must make ya proud.
