Apparently these poor professors are under some misapprehension as to the meaning of the word unsafe. I suggest they be dropped off in downtown Columbus at two in the morning unarmed and wearing nothing but their underwear. They would then be well aware of the concept of safety and would be unlikely to misuse the term in the future.
What a great idea! Although, they wouldn't need to be dropped off in downtown. High Street on campus would work just fine!
