In effect, they have completely dropped the pretension that their sexual-harrassment rules are all about protecting people from, well... sexual harassment. They are using it quite blatantly as a blunt instrument against dissent.
You are correct...but did you expect a different outcome?

I just thought they'd be more slippery about it... like, you know, find some words or action they could spin into "harrassment"... but that would take W-O-R-K!
