They cannot tell that from a medical exam. I don't know where that came from, but they can't tell that from a rape exam. SHE may have told them that, but that is not the same thing as a medical conclusion, lol.
Looks like she's got an alias of McNeil. That was probably her married name, but it could be the other way around.
