Remember, the test results showed no evidence of her having sex within several weeks of the incident. If anything, it appears she was spending the previous hours getting extremely drunk and/or high. With her being so intoxicated, and no physical evidence, there is no chance of a conviction under reasonable circumstances. If this were a normal situation, with no racial or other complications, the DA would have ended the investigation long ago.
How can that be?
I'm a little confused on that point, and maybe it's just been misreported in the press.
Surely there must have been SOME foreign DNA recovered from her in the hospital examination.
Otherwise, what DNA are they comparing the 46 samples to?
