Since when is being drunk or on drugs a pass for being raped? Is is ok now to rape women who are drunk or drugged? What if the rapist(s) was the ones to get her drugged or drunk, and even if she did it on her own how does that make it not rape? Did I miss something here? Did they pass new laws lately?

Being drunk and high tends to make one's recollection of events somewhat hazy. Need I remind you that no DNA was found of any of the LAX players? The only one saying that there was a rape is a person of suspect character.

However, in this case they have found that there is NO SIGN of any DNA -- no semen, no skin cells, no hair, no perspiration, no blood, no evidence of skin under her fingernails, NADA! So what are the odds that 3 differnet men raped her and left no evidence? Simple -- it didn't happen.
