Thanks. I read the reports yesterday.

My point is that the school did not prohibit the recruiters - the recruiters chose to leave during the protest.

The school needs to find a way to protect the recruiters while still upholding the right of the students to protest.

You are correct.

I wonder how hard the school tried to protect the recruiters. It looks like a very minimal effort. The school should try harder.

And the money should be cut off until the school gets enough protection to allow the recruiters to be on campus safely.

They might start by hoiring cops who know something about riot control. Not every flatfoot can so this job, just as not everyone can handle traffic jams.

Problem is the college administration knew about the protest and just turned a blind eye. One was quoted as saying they were hoping for rain. So IMHO I believe the school is responsible and fed funds should be withheld. You play, you pay.
