Doug from Upland ... you and I have had differences of opinion in the past, both of us going back several years with FR. It became clear to me, going all the way back to Paula Jones that you were well intended, but had a tendency to overstate your case. In the Paula Jones episode you were portraying her as someone only one level below Joan of Arc, and I had the temerity (certainly not in defense of Clinton) to suggest perhaps she had her own agenda. For that I was roundly flamed by you and other FReepers that hearken back to that era. When just a few weeks later Paula Jones shows up as the naked centerfold in Oui magazine the silence was deafening.
If you're right in this latest episode concerning the Clinton gang (meaning Bill/Hill take a major hit), and I'm skeptical as hell, I will UPS you a bottle of Dom Perignon (for those of you in Rio Linda who haven't watched episodes of James Bond, that's a high end champagne).

Glad to see you here. We have the same objective --- stopping Hillary. Come on, "...one level below Joan of Arc" is an unfair characterization. I portrayed her as a victim, which she was, and someone who was really apolitical. She didn't have her own agenda, and I was not happy at all that she posed in PENTHOUSE. It was her life and I suppose she needed the money, but it was embarrassing to our cause.

I don't know what kind of hit will be taken. We know the Clintons and how the law applies to them. But this really does have the potential to dirty her up enough to keep her out of the White House.

Stan Lee confirmed to me a few days ago that he never gave money. In broad daylight, the campaign filed its fourth fraudulent report, claiming Lee gave 225K. He told the FEC, FBI, and Justice Department that he never gave the money. Kendall knows very well he testified to that in his deposition. Peter is going to file another FEC complaint.

Peter is not Joan of Arc. He has had felonies. In the case of ripping off Castro, however, he should have been given a Medal of Freedom. Unfortunately, Carter was the president then.

Whatever people think of Peter Paul and the baggage he carries, he is a classic Clinton victim. Bill helped destroy Stan Lee Media by having his business advisor Jim Levin make a secret deal with Japanese businessman Tendo Oto. When Oto's promised $7 million did not come into SLM, the company joined the other dot coms and went belly up. The $7 million would have carried the company through several tough months, and when Clinton came aboard, they would have raised hundreds of millions of dollars.

As you watch this unfold and see the documentary, I think you will see Americans having their eyes opened. Not all of them, of course. We just need enough of a percentage to sufficiently damage her.
