Despite what you may want to believe, voting libertarian or constitution is not tantamount to voting for a democrat. That depends. In a 51-49 Senate, if Miller promised to vote for the GOP nominee for Majority Leader, I'd vote for him.

If he stuck to voting for the Democrat, no thanks. What good does Miller do in a minority position?
